TSM in Preliminary Discussions to Enter CS:GO with New Lineup

Sources close to Rush B Media can confirm that after a three-year hiatus, TSM is in early discussions with North American talent to re-enter the CS:GO scene. The North American organization operated in Counter-Strike from 2015-2017 and fielded some impressive talent along the way, including North American talent Timothy 'autimatic' Ta, Russel 'Twistzz' Van Dulken and the Danish roster that would later become the first iteration of Astralis.

Their planned return to Counter-Strike will be led by in-game leader Anthony ‘vanity’ Malaspina. He was benched by eUnited in November and officially cut ties with the organization last week. Vanity will reportedly be accompanied by former teammate and current eUnited rifler Kaleb ‘moose’ Jayne. The two riflers set to back moose and vanity in the server are Hunter ‘SicK’ Mims and Yassine ‘Subroza’ Taoufik.

SicK, who played for the last TSM roster in their previous stint, could not find consistent lineups last year. His year started at Rogue before heading to Complexity where he played in three different lineups in five months before being removed. After standing in for Gen.G at the IEM Katowice Qualifiers, SicK is planning to head back TSM. Subroza is a free agent player who also saw inconsistency in lineups last year. In 2019, he stood in for eUnited, played with Lazarus/Swole before their abrupt end, and briefly trialed with a dead Cloud9 lineup.

Filling out the roster is former Ghost AWPer Matthew ‘WARDELL’ Yu, who has been a popular name in the North American free agency pool since his contract expired in September. He showed off his high skill ceiling with Ghost, and should only continue to progress within the TSM lineup. At either 21 or 22 years of age, these players are all in their own right, ready to take the next steps in progression. All of them have impressive potential and can benefit from the right resources from the org and stability within the lineup.

In their return, TSM plans to field a roster of:

Kaleb ‘moose’ Jayne

Hunter ‘SicK’ Mims

Yassine ‘Subroza’ Taoufik

Anthony ‘vanity’ Malaspina

Matthew ‘WARDELL’ Yu
